I spoke with the people at Bosch and they said it is a great grinder for someone that is looking for a grinder primarily for making bread. It has one speed, which means it just grinds wheat, beans, etc. into flour. It does not have a "coarse" setting, but if you are just hoping to get flour, this is well worth your money.
